Daily green juice is one of the top rituals keeping me thriving and running my business feeling the absolute best I can, despite my struggles battling 9 years of Lyme disease and related health issues. What do you think it could do for you? :)
And if you don't have time to make it yourself, use this quick hack for all your daily green needs!
Use the large nutribullet canister or other blender/vitamix/etc. and stuff it full with:
• Handful of kale
• Handful of spinach
• 1/3 green apple (can add more if using a juicer or straining after blending)
• 1/2 medium-large cucumber or 1-2 minis
• 1/2 to 1 whole lemon, squeezed
• 1 slice ginger (about the size of a quarter)
• I tsp bee pollen (not mandatory, but a huge immune booster + reduces inflammation)
• Can add 2 stalks celery if using a juicer or straining
Add water to fill line and blend baby blennnnd. Strain if needed/desired and ENJOY the brain buzz!
