I am also an international meditation and mindfulness coach, Certified Corporate Wellness Specialist© and Yoga Instructor with specialties in the chakras, Ayurveda, yoga therapy & positive thinking.
I've been guiding these ancient wisdom tools for transformation, healing and self-care for the last 10 years. I've have studied with incredible teachers, gurus, shamans and other mentors throughout the U.S., India, Tibet, Nepal, Spain and Australia.
