Yoga for Detox, Gut Health & Energy


This 30 minute flow is focused on gut health and detoxing the body with movement. I really believe in the idea of a daily detox, we are always taking things in whether it is stress from our environment, air quality, toxins in food, etc. This is a great way to regularly remove those toxins, flush out the stress and tension in our body and reset. We will be giving ourselves the clarity and space in order to welcome in the things we want in this next cycle. This class will include a lot of twists in the core and breathing exercises, which are key for a healthy detox. We will be supporting the function of our organs that are involved in keeping our bodies clean and healthy.
