This 20 minute practice will focus on building inner strength and confidence. We will move through an affirmations based practice to help build that inner sense of self worth, inner strength and inner armor that shows us we are capable of strength and power. We build these feelings of strength and power from the inside out, they don't just happen because of what's happening around. It takes intentional action and intentional thoughts that trickle down into the way we feel about ourselves and that trickles down into how we present ourselves to the world.
