We will begin with a mediation to set the tone for our practice and then flow, focusing on our bodies and keeping our mind clear of distractions! This is an all levels class, as always feel free to modify and listen to your body.
I also love to incorporate essential oils or smudging into my yoga practice to help clear any negative energy and allow my mind to focus on the breath and movement.
