In this guided mindfulness meditation I’m going to help you get out of your head, and more engaged with your noticing skills, stepping up your awareness and self-understanding. In mindfulness meditation the goal is to transcend the endless chatter of the mind – rising above or separating yourself from worries of the past and future -- and entering into a deeper state of being that leads to increased awareness and personal transformation. Set the tone in your space by smudging before your mediation practice, here are the smudges I use.
